Good luck with your DD, I think most can see that the $350 million probably fell through (read the PR, and the "in lieu" of disclamer, this is a hint that this original bond funding will probably not happen, first time QASP has publicly admitted that there may be problems with it). Looks like we start from scratch again now, we'll see what happens with this $110 million.
