Well you figure whenever a RM happens these guys always give themselves more shares. I think its a low amount. A lot of times with these chinese RMs they give themselves 100+ mil. So a 13 mil OS or so is still pretty low.imo If they wanted they still could do a 4 for 1 or something along those lines.

Even though the amount they sell them at may seem low it still doesnt factor in on what a stock will eventually trade at most of the time. Ive seen stock get sold at .001 and the stock be a two bucks when it opens.lol

So these guys do each other favors and behind the scene stuff then they give the shares. Or heck it could be all going to a another soon to be CEO or Director who wont even sell them.
