The V Group is composed of 5 beverage distributors that over the years have sold some of the well known beverages such as Sobe and Vitamin Water that were eventually bought out by larger companies.
To protect themselves they have made arrangements with HFBG to make their own control label( A.N.D.)
This will be their label that cannot be taken from them after they have spent time expanding the distribution of the products. The V Group was discussed in a fairly recent pr. from HFBG.
