Yes, it concerns me aswell and it does explain the trading pattern over the past week or two... Thoery of Trap's is pretty accurate according to the information I have... Peck sells all of his COMMON shares but still holds all his preffered series stock for voting power exactly like the most recent filing describes. Good or bad? Not sure other than Peck threw us all under the bus and cashed in SHAREHOLDERS money to pay himself,maybe debts but most likely himself.. Real crappy deal for us if the 10-Q does not show some decent revenues, not second Q, now or at least a PR verifying contracts filled. 9 months is way to long for a little over 200k in revenues with 16 million plus in "contracts"...
