goodmorning, I learned a lot from your posts here and elsewhere today. Rooney told me that the convertibles cannot and will not be converted unless the company is sold. Evidently they are being converted, dilution is occuring. He wasn't on the level with me. My big concern with POSC is management. They don't seem particularly bright or honest. I'm betting on the partnership. COV can make this company successful.

[ot]Don't let them get to you about the multiple ids on Yahoo. It's obvious that you're using family members' ids sometimes and I don't see a thing wrong with that. I have only one ID. I just deleted another, my real name. They can believe I have MPD all they want.<bg>
