[ipapa]: Frankly that seems low to me, almost reassuring.

Your comment reminds of something I heard from an official at Florida’s Bureau of Tourism. He said, “There’s no reason families should not vacation in South Florida. Only one of every 200 visitors is a victim of violent crime.”
