I have read read the 10Q and I am confused by the OS number.
Consolidated Balance Sheets says:
Common Stock: $0.01 par value; 800,000,000 shares authorized; 455,619,773 and 391,023,773 shares outstanding
The title page says:
Shares Outstanding Common Stock, $0.01 par value 594,719,778
These 2 lines don't agree with each other, and if they do, I must not be reading this right.
What is the correct OS number and why does the balance sheet list the following?
"455,619,773 and 391,023,773 shares outstanding"
Thanks.
