It looks like the NazTICK was indeed flashing a warning at about 2:40pm.
The Astrikos TICK is the key.
It gives a TICK once a minute , but shows where tick opened and closed but also where it was all during the 60 seconds.
So like you get a tick opening at 0 and closing at -100, but you see it hit -700 within that 60seconds.
So we are seeing how fast a big sell can go off---in just a fraction of a second.
