Yes, that is why I have not worried too much about trying picking up a few cheapies. When I have some spare coin, I'll put in an order for what I think is reasonable and that I think will fill. In a couple years the difference between an average of .10 and .11 will not seem like much. That being said, I'll take all the .095's anybody wants to sell.
