I'm not sure what you're asking, but if it's how do I feel about LIQR as an investment, I don't think it's a good one. And while today's 100 share trade is higher than the average volume for LIQR, I'm not sure I'd base investment success on it.
Pre R/S it was trading for a long time at between $20 and $50 equivalent.
Post R/S only about 2,000 shares have traded. 1,800 of those shares were at $4-$4.03, pretty much the all-time low for the stock.

If you start to see several thousand shares trading at $40+ (20 cents, pre-split) on a regular basis, I'll be happy to say I was wrong about this one, but I don't that's very likely (barring another R/S).

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
