yeah,yeah,,,,,bottom line, it doesn't amount to a hill of beans what anyone say's about this co. and the deal......none of us really know a darn thing......the only one's that do are the people working for IHSN......I just called their office to talk w/ the CEO......the phone was answered by a receptionist who said HM3 marketing.....I asked if this was the # for IHSN and she put me through to Chris Winter's voicemail.......I left a very polite message, so we'll see if he calls back........I have to admit the pr's are looking more like THRR than the real deal.......checkout any other buyout pr.....there are several out today......they all name the buyer, the terms and give way more details than we were given.......I think it's BS we have to prove them right.....WTF.....they should be proving to us, not the other way around.......we shouldn't have to search for truth's.....they should be transparent.......everything was vague,,,,,,no details......people completely dumped Wed.'s pr......why?......what do they know, that we don't.....WE ARE TRADING BELOW BUYOUT NEWS LEVELS!!!.......DOESN'T THIS CONCERN THE LONGS?.....it doesn't look good imo......the fact we have no buyers at this sub buyout news level has me very concerned$$$
