Time is running out, someone on Y posted that if Walrath doesn't see that Rosen is providing docs, she actually has the power to approve an examiner instead of the appeal at the 6/3 hearing. Regardless if the FDIC signs on to the DS, an examiner will bust whatever they are trying to hide wide open.
