The stack test is for burning natural gas to heat the process. That's it. Every home on the planet burns natural gas......so JBII getting an air permit for their heating of the process is a no brainer......there ARE no other emissions get it. 90% of the output is diesel/gasoline. 8% is gas. Residue: 1%.......
