Dececco III under Division of Corporations reveals he is sole officer / director of “Professor Amos Product Group, Inc.,” a corporation created March 26, 2010. Also on that date he created “Dual Saw, Inc.,” and “Cold Fire, Inc.,” as sole officer-director. In the past three years Mr. Dececco has created and dissolved at least five other Florida corporations or LLCs.
