It seems to me that Aurus believes it's a "merger", perhaps you can elaborate.

Due to Aurus' significant business prospects, this merger will give OOO "May" exposure to world markets including the United States of America and increase its access to investments.

Notice they say "THIS MERGER" not this possible merger...???
