Sell 150 shares (all) UVIC at $5.08 for the SwingTrade Portfolio. The official post will follow.

UVIC is getting and E tomorrow (symbol changes to UVICE) for not filing their Q1 report. I think the late report has something to do with their reincorporation in Delaware. Either they weren't aware of the new deadline or there was a mistake and they aren't subject to normal 10-Q filing requirements yet. In this environment I shoot and ask questions later. I still expect a good report but this uncertainty is not good.
