BTW as a lender I hate this BK because it may mean months and months or years and years of waiting for payback. But, as an investor I think it may turn out to be the best thing Marcus could have done. So, for me "six here half a dozen there."

I hope they can pull it out and I hope shareholders can recover something though I admit the odds are not good.
