I can see the market getting back to the lows of March 09.

Absent something catastrophic such as a large-scale war or a meteor strike, I can’t see the broad market returning to the Mar 2009 levels. Given the impressive corporate earnings we’re now seeing from blue-chip companies, Mar 2009 share prices would require a P/E ratio for many companies rivaling the lowest levels that have ever been seen.
