There will only be a trustee if the court assigns one. The court will only assign one if there was illegal activity, gross negligence on the part of management, etc... Otherwise, the current management team remains in place under the shield of BK.

Did anyone else notice that The Watley Group does not specialize in bankruptcy reorganizations? They are a merchant bank. Merchant banks invest their own capital into a company. Since TWG has now inserted one of their own members as CEO, and has a financial stake in the company... I think we just got saved.
