MTO, That has not been my experience with H&W and a number of other firms. I worked extensively with H&W regarding nuclear power generation. They were not hesitant to point out where a course of direction was inadvisable and what was a better way. Additionally, they frequently advised as to how to present the best face to the public and shareholders especially with sticky issues. H&W may have a price to do what they are told to do but I don't think ERHE comes close to having enough money to make that happen. It is my experience with H&W that causes me to have misgivings about ERHE pursuing incompetent or illegal activities. It may still be just what you stated in your previous post. I would like to think that there is one more reason that would refrain from telling us what they could about the drilling results so far. That would be for strategic reasons. I agree with you. ERHE come out and say so OR did we sell the corporate soul to the devil to the extent that there is no way out?
