I am not sure, but it started to look irrational and on the breach of $6 I added at market, it was dropping so fast they did not bother to tag me with a premium (g). 3.5 MM shares is quite a panic on that one, it should have a least a DCB to around 7.5, IMTO, unless fundamentally something is very wrong, like the equipment they bought from Philips is too antiquated to do what they want to do...
