Um....because you are saying, 'Hey, they haven't even reduced the shares yet.' ? Why even say that. It's just an ignorant statement. Of course they haven't done it yet. They didn't say they are going to do it in a day and not let us know. NO. They said it will happen soon and they will let us know when it happens. Stop BASHING for your own gain
