I'm just a novice in most of these matters. From the comments I've read on this board, and others, it seems to me that a large # of people don't understand what courts do and what they're concerned with, and that they make completely erroneous conclusions from court proceedings. An example would be peoples concluding that the judges' rulings in the last Visteon hearings favored the Debtor. I'm not saying that you don't understand or do that. You appear to me,from your postings, to be a vary experienced and knowledgeable person. However, some of your postings, from the position of people who don't know or understand what the court does, may give support to these erroneous ideas. I'm just trying to make certain distinctions that, I believe, might point people back toward a more 'correct' understanding of what's going on. Not to say that my view is any 'righter' or better than anyone else, but rather, that some kinds of interpretation are incorrect. Oh, just a little baseline person, am only, at his point, allowed to chat here.
