I'm waiting for a panic sell-off. We may get one if this keeps creeping down. Buyers are still happy to sit on the sidelines until there's signs of movement back north.

The CBAI announcement was good news. We finally got someone with national exposure confirmed to be on board. They don't carry the same punch as GIECO would for example, but it's another step in the right direction.
