Not a patent issue but if I recall correctly more of a failure to preform . Something to do with the 15kw turbine being built under contract and a payment of 60k that was denied because the deadlines etc. were not met even after attempts to work with builder. this may not be totally correct but only some insight to the suit. Way back in the message board there are post. Also you may find something on there website.
