Let me try to put things in perspective...
VSTNQ's price is dropping as of late by a large margin, because for as long as I remember this was a speculative stock. And I got into it for the first time when it was trading around $5 a share. It was speculative then because of the reorg, and it became more speculative when it dropped below a buck and was de-listed, even more when it entered the BK and there is no signs of it being anything else but speculative.
As I like to say: please do not confuse the stock with the company. Visteon's future is pretty much assured, VSTNQ's future, on another hand, not so much...
This is the reason why VSTNQ shot up from two cents to two dollars and this is the reason why we are losing a lot of the value as of late.
And your comment about suing the judge; I'm just going to assume it was a joke...
