The debate is a waste of time. It's a Chinese company distributing jade from a mine in China. Any US office address is just a formality because they are a US listed company. Why would they spend thousands per month for a lease and a secretary to man a Manhatten office just so small, retail investors can feel better about their speculation? Sometimes these companies even use the same address if they can.
Non-issue...just let people worry and whine, it's sort of funny.
A good 10Q that I expect after market close tomorrow will shut them up real fast.
