Don't forget if they do this 3 times within a year they will go to the pinks regardless whether they then file. IMO
Why is everyone assuming the 10Q is imminent? Didn't they just last night file a delay notice for the 10Q? Aren't we back on the same train - 1) delay, 2) blow though the extension, 3) get an "E", 4) file the last day before the pink sheets.
Doesn't this mean another month at least until the 10Q? Sorry if this is a newbie question or old news that's already been hashed out.
