winded i feel the whole 8K is disengenious at best !! This was known at the annual meeting but with held until after along with the 12k raise for the bean counter. Further : if Brock has been benched to Director then I DAMN WELL WANT MORE THAN A 8K SEC DOC> that is bu--Sh--! This is a major shift and a great concern for all investors. My concerns are echoed by the PPS. This is BAD BAD MANAGEMENT with a company less than a year old....The Winds have not failed but Tamer Has !!IMO>
