The result of entry point of 30 are better than entry point of 22 because of a simple reason. e.f. if RSI closes at 27 but goes up next day, the trade with entry point of 30 will be profitable. But the entry point of 22 will not even initiate a trade.

So entry point of 22 will almost always include all losing trade of 30 but will not include profitable trades of 30.
