Agreed, this company is going to make billions in the coming years. Everyone involved right now wants those billions when they come. GS and Citidel want them, the BOD want them, DK wants them, the other HF's want them, I AND EVERYONE HERE WANT THEM!

The BOD is trying to get their ducks in a row. GS is one of their ducks. They are lining up the money they need to take the company. It also helps to line up votes to protect the BOD. If you think about it, GS invested less than $344,000 for 4.3 million of those shares. They are making a killing no matter what happens.
