Sigmatel (SGTL) reports on Jan 25. Look at a 60-min or hourly chart (or longer) and it appears to have run out of steam and begun its rollover. I think people too quick to reposition for a serious downdraft will get tested on all these kinds of charts. Getting short too soon, IMO, will get you a big lick of pain before the reward.
