Excellent points. What matters is not where the desk is, but whether they exist and engage in the business of financing. Have not seen evidence to the contrary, but there is sufficient evidence that shows they are who they say they are and are indeed funding Encounter. No they are not GS or CitiGroup, but the location of a young company's office cannot stand as basis of accusations such as those made here by others. Your post highlights that fact, thank you
