europe was all happy and had dissed the CUV 2 of the last 3 days and is much stronger than the us makets. the rising dollar could well be at play. i think we get higher closed today fwiw especailly in light of europes strenth. possibly a 1% index day

2005...the year of the shorts and small dogs.
