EOS Preferred Corp Series D Pfd (fka EOSPN)

I dont see anything new although looking at the balance sheet made me think that it's possible that they call the entire preferred and do not pay a dividend at all (would save the parent some $$ and would not effect the capital ratios too much).

Just a thought.......
