Poorly maintained iBox here...updates to the 'current share structure' and a link to their website are soarly-missing & should be a minimum here.
I'm seeing 'ancient' share-counts from 2007 in the iBox (gives a bogus impression).
These are 'important' factors to prospective investors.
Here , let me help you get started:

"There were a total of 191,303,985 shares of the registrant’s common stock outstanding as of April 14, 2010 (post stock split)."
***I couldn't find the current A/S or 'float'....
I should think a call to the T/A is in order here & that the current counts be 'posted in the iBox'.
For my part...I think I've seen all I need...QDots have a great deal of potential but there appears to substantial dilution going on here. Looking at the 2 month chart, I see a POP from these current levels to $110+ , followed by a severe drop back these same [-.20cent] levels after the 5 in 1 F/S...net effect (throwing-out the suspicious-looking POP)....is a having 5X as many shares w/the same price as before the POP....thats some heavy dilution going-on there.
