They will be announcing the results of the mediation. Excellent volume, 52 week high, and much more to come. The announcement today was completely unexpected and does appear to be the set up for the next phase. Today's announcement brought in a ton of buyers who were skeptical about the share structure. There are people still skeptical for other reasons. I believe their skepticism will be allayed in the relatively near future.
