Afternoon PW.. I ventured to the Beaver County Recorder's Office and the Western Utah Copper Company Trustee Sale was posted on their wall. I received a copy. It should appear in the newspapers this week or next.
The property listed is the same as the last go-round we had. All Patented Mining lands, (Which includes the land the Mill sits upon), All State Land Leases, Water Rights, Unpatented Mining Claims, etc... Much of that is being claimed by Nevada Star also. Some of the beneficiaries of the trust deed are Top Notch Investments, DPI College, Advanced Strategic Planning, Back Country Investments, Bridge Loan Capital Fund, Reynolds Brothers, Milford Copper Investments, .... .
