Sometimes, they ever trade between each other at lower prices than the current bid is set at. Very often I have seen trades go through at prices under bid ..and funny enough, we had orders in at many levels from the current bid all the way down to 5 cents under ( taking about CDIV here)...and the MMS sold a block of shares at 0.32$ , while we were all not getting filled with orders from 0.45$ down to 0.36$ on the bid. They peirced all the way through 13 of our bid sitting orders to go fill an order at 0.32$ to make the stock look weak..and even hid our bids too so to have them not show on level 2 while they did this smoke and mirror thing they always do.

If anyone wants to confirm this..go ask anyone on the CDIV board and they wil confirm..

This is why I think that the market makers are doing this at different scale on many other stocks..sometimes it is hard to detect ..at other times, if one has been around long enough in a stock or there is a group that shares their info ..we can then see the manipulation.
