Beats me. At first I thought the lawyer was there to negotiate a plea while Evo stayed safely offshore. But that doesn't seem to be happening, so I don't know why he has an attorney.

Unless... Evo wanted an attorney so that he'd have access to the other defendants' discovery material, in order to know what they were saying and doing...
