With the $4bil and $2.3 bil now the floor.

JMW will see that this new POR, is only designed to make creditors whole, at the detriment of equity. its so clear, even she could see that.

I dont expect this POS POR be agreed upon, I have not see the admended POR. which means its not on KCC. Also, Susman and EC may not have seen it. Rosen is still excluding EC and EC's lawyers from having full access.
