NASDAQ has $4 per share minimum for 30 days so that puts us off for at least a month and that is if they have no other questions, concerns, etc. Throw on top of that, we just changed auditors and, while I do not know for sure, I would think NASDAQ would want at least a quarter audited by the new auditors before granting uplisting.

Of course, juat maybe, Q1 will come out late and be put out by Willum Smith, if this happens, then uplisting this summer could still be an option. If the 10Q for Q1 is filed with Gately blessing, I would think that puts the summer out of reach.

I, of course, could be wrong, of course. Hope so, but my focus now is on the permit and run tickets. I am no longer hoping for imminent uplisting news...I suspect that is put off for a while.
