I am sorry that I could not come back to this message board early and really appreicate your meaningful analysis. From your posters, I think that I may get the following conclusions.
The judge's power is limited but his is still the one to make final call to either the number of HF or the number of BoD or a compromised number worked out by both parties or an indepedent eximinaer.
May 24 is not the end of the day even the worest thing happens.
