The best way of getting into stores like Walmart is to offer the product under the retailers label. My employer did this for filing cabinets, made by HON (HNI Corporation) but packaging was Office Depot. And they sold a lot of them and made the same profit for each unit sold.
I think that tactic would work for Ionic Bulbs also.
