Yes, if a retail holder thought he could manipulate the price of any stock by selling small amounts at the bid he would be delusional. But don't for one minute believe that MM's cannot manipulate the price of a .15 stock or even a .005 stock for that matter, to their benefit.
They "make" the market and are in control for the most part...they can sell fake shares, they can hold the price down to accumulate, they can put up fake walls on the bid or ask side, etc.

I trade pennies for a living and watch the L2 screen for this stock as well as many others all day long. On HDVY I have seen the ask get hit many many times in a row with big buys and the the next trade will be a sell at bid for a very small amount of shares, I see this happen over and over
Or even a sell below the bid I will see. All kinds of crap goes on with these pennies and know one really knows for sure what is happening but common sense will tell you that something is going on to control the price one way or the other. To some extent they can control the buying pressure by doing these things unless of course their is news big enough to take over.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
