I really agree with you:

You can throw'em at each other, cut, slash, do what ever you want and at the end of the day I'll decide where we are. "
But this is exactly what I just said.
The BOD and HFs will fight in front of the judge trying to convince him of how much (the HFs) and how little (the BOD) the company is worth. The judge will watch the fight and at the end will decide himself. I guarantee that his number will be somewhere in between the two pushed by either side. This is just common sense.
We really agree with each other here in assessing the current situation. I just go a step further in predicting the future. But I have to, I make money by doing so...
