Joe re HDTV imo their recent convertible financing was pretty good. Several institutions bought it. Phillips and Intel walked away from LCoS because they could not design competitive chips with profitable yields. Spatialight has fantastic yields. Also most OEM contracts I have seen do not obligate the purchaser to buy any certain amount of product. I doubt Spatialight would be building the fab-plant full-steam ahead if they didnt expect demand to materialize. Its still a Risky stock until sig revs from LG and/or additional OEMS are announced. IMO.
