That is why I put it up. He stated back in APRIL that we would see some resistance at .005 area, then the .006 area. He said it would take a FEW WEEKS. Here we are in MAY, now a few weeks later. Pretty nice call by the guy. I am just giving him credit. He called bottom, and we bounced off of it. If I would have posted it back in April, the bashers and pumpers would have went nuts on it. Saying NO WAY...we are going lower, or going higher. Depending on which side they were on. I just wanted to give OTC credit for a nice call. Here we are near the .005 area that he said would be WEEKS, and he is right. Now onto the .006 area that he made a call for. Lets test that resistance. Before any one says that it is OLD...look at the content and look at the current PPS. It was a very nice call. Thanks for watching the video. I am Fair and Balanced...no pumping from me.

The simple answer as to WHY we are down at the .005 area is because mgmt DUMPED so many MILLIONS of shares on us back in April. Heck in March, we were seeing the PENNY area, then we get a PAID PUMPER on this, then we see insiders DUMPING shares, then we see the company DUMP millions of shares on us. Now we are back here under a half cent. I am NOT really surprised. We were already diluted to death at 675m o/s...now we are OVER 712m shares! Go figure, and mgmt wants to know why the PPS is down to this level. LOL...what a joke.

Give us some details on the MATW deal, give us some details on the candle division, give us an update on the MLB meeting with Waterloo. Give us details rather than tweets here and there. And give us a WORKING website. Then the PPS might recover, and ole yeah RETIRE the promised 5m shares from MONTHS ago and most importantly...STOP SELLING insider shares, and STOP DUMPING new shares on us.

Just to name a few, that is why our PPS is down here in this current level. It is NOT traders, it is NOT shorters, it is simple mgmt DUMPING SHARES and SELLING SHARES. No other things about it. We were on our way at .012-.013 then mgmt decided to let loose some shares, now we are back to where we started. Typical penny stock, reporting or not!!
