Can you take a screenshot and post an image of what you are seeing in your account?

Be sure and obliterate any personal information from the image...

I think a lot of people are very skeptical that your broker could have screwed you all over so badly.

There is no reverse split on The Daily List and that is all that matters. Brokers screw up all the time, but the mistake you are describing is very rare.
