At the present time, the Company does not anticipate that it will effectuate a future stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, erger, acquisition, spin-off or reorganization.

Sure is going to be interesting.

Never buy a stock affiliated with IR firm Big Apple or Transfer Agent Select American! All CEOs are guilty until proven innocent! Beware of stocks that have paid touts on board!
